Two 30 minute classes, and one 60 minute class - both of which contain all the essential elements of a Chi Living yoga and mindfulness class. These classes have been designed specifically for people who are comfortable with the basics of a yoga class, and are keen to move onto the next stage of their yoga journey - incorporating full Chi Living yoga classes into their life on a regular basis.

You will have unlimited access to each of the classes, meaning that you can come back to them again and again, plus you will be able to do the classes whenever suits you best.
